Requirements for the candidate:?Higher technical education (engineering, industrial production or related specialties).?Experience in managerial technical positions of 5 years or more.?Deep understanding of industrial equipment technologies.?Leadership qualities, strategic thinking and the ability to make operational decisions.?Knowledge of quality standards and safety.?

Responsibilities:

?Development and implementation of the company's technical strategy.?Control over production processes and their optimization.?Coordination of the work of technical teams and divisions.?Ensuring compliance of products with technical requirements and standards.?Development and implementation of innovations in production.?Increasing the efficiency of production lines and reducing costs.?
