Your tasks:

Generaltechnical management of the company's construction projects

Quality control and timing of work

Analysis of design and working documentation

Organization of the work of engineering and technical personnel

Control of changes in projects and adjustment of estimates

Interaction with contractors and suppliers

Analysis and optimization of design and technical solutions

Participation in planning the budget and technical strategy of the company

candidate:

understanding of construction processes and design work

3 years of work experience

Confident knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit or analogues

Russian, English required

Competent speech, confidence, responsibility

Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work with a large volume information
