Technical director in Rozsoha N.A., FOP

The company - the owner and operator of a class A business center - invites a Technical Director who will lead the technical operation of the facility and ensure the stable, safe and efficient operation of all engineering systems.

Main tasks:

• Operational and strategic management of the technical operation of the class A business center.

• Management engineering and operational service (about 50 employees).

• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of engineering systems.

• Development, implementation and control of operating regulations.

• Management of subcontractors: selection, coordination, quality control of works.

• Formation and control of the technical budget, optimization expenses.

• Interaction with regulatory bodies and tenants on technical issues.

• Management of emergency situations and technical risks.

• Participation in projects of modernization, development and improvement of energy efficiency of the facility.

Requirements for candidate:

• Higher technical education (engineering, energy, construction or related).

• Experience in technical managerial positions from 5 years.

• Experience in operating large commercial facilities (business centers, shopping centers, hotels, etc.).

• Practical experience in managing a large team (from 30 employees).

• Deep understanding of engineering systems of modern buildings.

• Experience of working with contractors, service contracts, budgets.

• Developed managerial and systems thinking.

• High level of responsibility and independence in decision-making.

• Resistance to stress, ability to act in crisis situations
