We are the Ukrainian production company Parfumerna Dolyna, which is part of the LUMIKER Group. For more than 20 years, our founder Oleksiy Ilyin has been working on the development of the Ukrainian cosmetic market, which will offer consumers in the world and in Ukraine a high-quality, in-demand product, and market participants - favorable and fair conditions for strong growth.

To achieve this goal, we focused on the production of well-being products that help people feel more confident and create a cozy atmosphere at home - perfumes, aroma diffusers, body mists, interior and textile sprays, aroma candles and aroma sachets. Aesthetics and impeccable aromas are what unites all our products.

We manufacture aromatic products for European and Ukrainian companies under their own trade marks (TM), providing a full production cycle. In Ukraine, you can find it on the shelves of national and regional chains, specialized perfumery and cosmetics stores, and e-commerce platforms.

In 2024, we approved a 3-year development strategy, which foresees an increase in revenue by $1 million every year. To implement it, we are strengthening the team and looking for an experienced, systematic and effective TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Who do we need?

• A leader who knows how to build and develop a technical department
• A person who turns complex processes into efficient systems
• A leader who thinks about results, budgets and scaling
• Professional with proven experience in production management

Key functionality of the position:

• Ensure the coordinated work of the Technical Department to obtain the maximum possible volume of production of a quality product

• Improving the quality system at the enterprise

• Coordinating the budget of departments (purchasing, warehouse and production)

• Preparation of presentations on business processes in the department.

• Implement strategic tasks within the department to implement the company's strategy

• Develop instructions and policies for organizing the work of the department

• Monthly reports on the department's activities (analytical note, dashboard)
