Standardization, automation and implementation of modern direction management tools to prepare the business for dynamic expansion (opening of 200 stores every year).

Zone Responsibilities:

• Purchase of equipment, equipment and services
• Service (operation service) and energy
• Investment and opening of new stores

Key requirements:

• From 5 years of experience in the field of facility maintenance (retail, HoReCa, etc.)
• Practical experience in managing purchases of furniture and equipment, operation service and investments
• Successful implementation of IT solutions: procurement platforms, service systems, applications, etc.
• Experience in massive opening of new facilities (dozens per year)
• Knowledge of the equipment and furniture suppliers market
• Experience in managing large CAPEX/OPEX budgets
