The company "Nove Misto" is looking for a Technical Director who will be responsible for the technical operation of buildings, engineering networks and equipment, coordinate the work of contractors and ensure the safe and uninterrupted operation of all systems.

Main duties: 
• Organization of technically correct operation of engineering networks and technical systems. 
• Control of the technical condition of buildings and equipment. 
• Organization of maintenance and repairs. 
• Monitoring the work of contractors and cooperation with various organizations. 
• Drafting of technical documentation, keeping journals, acts, applications. 
• Preparation of proposals for repairs (current and capital). 
• Organization of work of emergency services and localization of emergency situations. 
• Ensuring timely fulfillment of applications of residents and condominiums. 
• Energy efficiency: control of rational consumption of electricity, water, and heat. 
• Work with engineering networks: electricity, plumbing, ventilation, elevators, heating, gas supply. 
• Inspections, acceptance of equipment, technical audit. 
 
• Experience in building operation, maintenance or equipment installation. 
• Experience working with municipal/government agencies and regulatory bodies is welcome.
