One of the leaders of the all-Ukrainian market of paint and varnish products production company POLISAN announces a competition for the position of TECHNICAL DIRECTOR.

Responsibilities:

Organization, control of the work of the capital construction service and the chief engineer service with the help of qualified personnel, namely:

• Definition of technical policy, ways of implementing complex programs in all areas of improvement, restructuring, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of production.
• Coordination of construction and reconstruction of own facilities. Organization, control and ensuring coordination of all types of construction and installation work being performed.
• Control of maintenance work and maintenance of the Company's facilities in proper condition.
• Organization of work with contractors , choosing the most optimal option, monitoring the execution of work.
• Management of change processes, risks, identification and timely resolution of problematic issues, reporting on projects.

Our wishes to the candidate:

• Successful experience in the position of technical director - from 3 years.
• Higher professional education in the field of construction.
• Knowledge of regulatory documents on issues of construction, reconstruction, construction legislation, stages and design and construction processes, technologies of construction works.
• Experience in organizing and managing a complete complex of construction; experience of interaction with project and contracting organizations.
• Knowledge of construction technologies, from the design stage to the moment of delivery of the object and obtaining the right of ownership. The ability to read construction drawings, check construction estimates and reports of completed works.
• Positive experience in implementing innovations and improvements.
• Experience in team management, the ability to clearly and succinctly set tasks, monitor their implementation.< /li>
• Systematic, flexible thinking, analytical ability, high level of self-organization.
• Confident user of PC, AutoCAD, Revit.
