Job description:

  • Support customers for security cameras and system uses (pre and after-sales)
  • Assisting our customers via inbound & outbound calls and via chats/emails
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
  • Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting technical issues

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of German min. C1 and English min. B1 (for training purposes)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer support or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Previous experience working in technical environment or in interest in new technologies.
