Customer technical support specialist with knowledge of the Romanian language in Aspekt Enerzhi

Pryvit! Hello! We are theAspect Energy company", are leading suppliers of energy systems in the city of Kyiv. In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a specialist in the technical department with knowledge of the Romanian language!

(ZP is issued from UAH 80,000);

Your daily tasks will be:

- work with a hot base, incoming calls to customers (we provide the customer base);
- communicating with customers, helping and solving their problems by phone and in the support chat;
- work with the CRM system, maintaining the database.

Requirements for the candidate:

- you have developed communication skills;
- experience working with customers (sales, consulting, etc.) will be an advantage!
