In this regard, we are looking for a responsible and ambitious professional to join our team in the position of Technical Control Specialist - PTO Responsibilities Prepares, reports and validates completed SMRs; • Prepares and completes protocols and acts according to Ordinance No. 3 of 31.07.2003 for drawing up acts and protocols during the administration; • Actively contacts representatives of the Employer regarding reporting and updating the construction; • Knows the documentation, periodicity and method of reporting the adjustment; • Prepares detailed quantity accounts, quantity-value calculations and analytical prices; • Prepares requests for the necessary resources to implement the setup and monitors their deployment; • Performs analysis regarding the pricing of unit prices for the building; • Monitors construction costs; • Monitors the changes in the design and accounting documentation, including omissions, and in case of findings of such, signals in a timely manner; • Checks and controls bid prices according to contracts and annexes to the Contracting Authority and Subcontractors for updating and reporting of executed SMRs; • Develops linear schedules for projects and monitors the progress of projects, protocols arr. 19, inventory-accounts 22, etc.; ; • Maintains correspondence with technical managers, subcontractors, construction supervision, suppliers, etc.; • Prepares reports and reports related to the overall activity of construction projects.
