Technical Business Analyst (Temporary Position)

Academy SMART is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team full-time for a 6 weeks contract

Our client is an insurance company we are working on automating a manual email processing workflow.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components;
• Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys;
• Experience in creating and managing documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Ability to work from 11.00-20.00 by Ukraine is a must;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, clients, and end-users;
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and technically feasible specifications for the development team;
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs and user expectations;
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity;
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, user stories, process flows, and system design documents;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and new features;
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and project objectives.
