BF "Right to Protection"(Foundation) is a leading human rights organization that works comprehensively to solve the problems of forced displacement and migration, their causes and consequences. Our activities are aimed at protecting the rights of refugees, forced migrants, stateless persons and socially vulnerable population groups.
The Foundation is an executive partner of UNHCR and implements programs of providing direct legal, humanitarian and psychological assistance in 20 regions of Ukraine, promotes change in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights, and also contributes to strengthening the capacities of state bodies of Ukraine to overcome the consequences of migration.
text-decoration: none">We are looking for an experienced technical specialist to act as a key link between stakeholders and the development team. The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Ministry in the areas of gathering, capturing, analyzing business requirements and transforming them into clear, logical and technically literate specifications, technical requirements and terms of reference for software development on a microservice architecture.
OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Understanding Architectural Patterns:
Microservice Architecture: Deep understanding of principles, advantages and disadvantages. Experience describing systems built on microservices will be an added advantage.
Client-Server Model: Understanding of client-server interactions will be an added advantage.
API experience:
Practical experience in designing and documenting RESTful APIs will be an advantage. The ability to read and use ready-made documentation is a must.
Knowledge of API testing and documentation tools (eg Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI) would be a plus.
Skills in modeling and visualizationи:
Knowledge of UML (Use Case, Sequence, Activity diagrams) and BPMN notations for description processes.
font-style="font-weight: 400">Working with data: style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Understanding relational (eg, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (eg, MongoDB) databases.Skills in designing the logical structure of the database and describing data models (JSON/XML) will be an advantage.

Experience as a business analyst, system analyst or technical product manager. Systems thinking: the ability to see the "big picture" and simultaneously dive into the details. Analytical skills: the ability to structure information, identify dependencies and find optimal solutions. Communication: the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and clearly to a non-technical audience and vice versa. Attention to detail and proactivity.
