Technical Artist in Platipus LTD

Platipus is looking for a talented Technical Artist who wants to create quality games together with a great team of professionals.

Requirements:

• Years of experience working with graphics as a tech artist, animator;
• Proficient in Photoshop;
• Basic knowledge of Spine;
• Understanding the principles of graphic optimization;
• Excellent sense of composition, form, lighting and color;
• Intermediate level of English proficiency;
• Love for monotonous work, attention to details, initiative, responsibility, ability to take criticism constructively, ability to work in a team;

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of graphic materials, their storage in accordance with standards for further work with them by animators and developers;
• Preparation and collection of graphics for the creation of "stubs" of games in Spine according to the TK;
• Optimization of animation;
• Interaction with developers to ensure control of the correctness of the integration of art resources.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in game development;
• Basic knowledge of After Effects;
• Basic understanding of VFX and animation;
• Experience working with JSON;
• Knowledge of version control systems;
• Art or technical education.
