These animations should represent people, vehicles, and other participants in the simulation with real-world accuracy, providing the variety needed to immerse the player in reality.Experience with Epic Games' City Sample Crowds is preferred, including the ability to add animations, program crowd behavior logic , skinning and changing clothes, and optimizing crowds for real-time work. You will be responsible for a large part of the technical development of Unreal's animation systems and related processes. You will create an animation system that allows you to adapt a large number of animations in real-time, providing the realism, complexity and variety of real-world animations. In our company, you will: Develop a crowd management system and their animations. Create systems to manage the realistic animation of people performing complex actions, including entering/exiting vehicles, reacting to player actions, swimming, dancing, and cycling, and support realistic animal walking, running, and flying animations. Develop a system that changes animations to increase variety while maintaining realism .Adapt animations to various constraints by changing step length, interacting with objects, etc. We are looking for a person with the following qualities: Experience with game systems and real-time animation systems. , so it is critical to effectively divide work into stages and phases.Advanced experience with Unreal Engine or similar platforms.Desired additional skills:Experience in projects with a large number of characters and crowds.Ability to create procedural animation systems.Rigging skills.Experience in animation blending .Knowledge of working with Unreal Engine and Animation Blueprints.
