We are developing an unannounced multi-platform third-person shooter in a realistic setting with innovative gameplay. This is a large and ambitious project from a technical point of view, as well as at the level of graphics and game design.

The new project is an opportunity to influence key decisions in the design of game features and mechanics, prototyping, development and art. We make our product and control all stages of game creation ourselves, from idea to implementation.

As a Technical Animator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining rigs and preparing content for integration into the engine, improve the pipeline, and work closely with the Art and Tech Art teams.

You can work from an office in Lviv, Warsaw or remotely on the territory of Poland or Ukraine.

You will

  • prepare content for integration into the engine, review and skinning assets;
  • create and maintain rigs;
  • work with procedural work with animations and retargeting;
  • develop scripts, search and implement new solutions to improve the pipeline;
  • provide technical assistance to the animation team;
  • work in close cooperation with the Art and Tech Art teams.

We expect from you

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Animator or Rigging Artist;
  • the presence of a portfolio;
  • sure knowledge of Maya;
  • advanced skinning skills;
  • experience in creating complex rig systems;
  • experience of working with mGear author;
  • command of the Ukrainian language;
  • knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate+ level.

It will be an advantage

  • the ability to write scripts in Python;
  • knowledge of Maya API/PyQt/PySide;
  • ownership of Unity;
  • ownership of Motion Builder.
