We pair this with our dedication to innovation through analytics, marketing, and community interaction.We are working on an unannounced, multi-platform third-person shooter in a realistic setting with innovative gameplay. The project is large-scale and ambitious both from a graphics and game design point of view, and from the technical perspective.A new project such as this one provides those who work on it with an opportunity to influence the key decisions on game feature and mechanics design, prototyping, development, and art. At Plarium, we create our own product and control all the steps of game development – from idea to final stage of implementation.We’re looking for a talented Technical Animator to join the project. They will be responsible for creating and updating rigs, preparing content for engine integration, and improving the pipeline. They will cooperate closely with the Art and Technical Art Teams.ResponsibilitiesPreparing content for engine integration, reviewing content, and skinning assetsCreating and updating rigsHandling procedural work with animations and retargetingCreating scripts, searching for and implementing new solutions to improve the pipelineAssisting the Animation Team with technical issuesCooperating closely with the Art and Technical Art TeamsWhat we expectAt least 3 years of work experience as a Technical Animator or Rigging ArtistAn up-to-date portfolioStrong Maya skillsAdvanced skinning skillsExperience creating complex rigging systemsExperience working with mGear Auto RigFluency in UkrainianEnglish language skills at the pre-intermediate level or higherDesiredExperience writing Python scriptsKnowledge of Maya API /PyQt / PySideProficiency with UnityProficiency with MotionBuilderWhat we offerOfficially registered full-time employment20 to 26 days of paid leave depending on the country in which your employment is registeredMedical support and fully paid leave if you or your child are sickIndividual development plan and regular feedbackProfessional seminars, workshops, courses, and internal training programsOpportunity to take an interest-free loanReimbursement of gym membership fees and a running clubOpportunity for counseling with psychologists*Note: Benefits may vary by country.
