If you're ready to join the driving force behind the evolution of interactive entertainment, we invite you to come play with us.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop highly optimized art assets, particle effects, and animation systems.Analyze memory and performance concerns throughout a project's development.Ensure art assets can be easily integrated into the game without sacrificing artistic vision or exceeding the platform’s technical limits.Preparation of high-quality art packages for games in accordance with the approved art.Demonstrate excellent file structure and organizational skills.Deliver all art assets with minimal mistakes.Maintaining design and artistic vision within platform’s technical limits.Resolving complex technical issues during development.Work closely with integrators and programmers to create best practices.Study technical documentation and learn what animation projects consist of.Always display a high degree of professionalism.Demonstrate a high level of collaboration within the art group, R&D, and across departments.Continually sharpen artistic abilities through company training, independent learning, and learning from other team members.Continually sharpen software expertise through company training, independent learning, and learning from other team members.Share skills and knowledge with other team members.Requirements1+ year previous experience as an Animator / Technical Animator.High level of proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Esoteric Spine.Strong Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Animate (Flash) knowledge.Experience producing work for multiple platforms (ie. apps, games, etc.).Understanding of real-time systems and technologies (rendering and hardware performance).Acquaintance with content creation/management pipelines for games production.Ability to analyze and improve workflows to enhance pipeline productivityAbility to self-manage time with a reasonable degree of accountability and minimal instruction.Ability to collaborate across different teams.English Pre-intermediate.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Nice To HavePassion for the game dev industry.Experience in communication with programmersBasic knowledge of any programming language.Working knowledge of 3D platforms.Understanding of composition and colorsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
