Technical Analyst in a Venture Fund in PIN-UP.TECH

PIN-UP.TECH is the foundation of today’s international ecosystem of PIN-UP Global, the main products of PIN-UP.TECH are platforms for Ukraine and Kazakhstan. PIN-UP Global is an ecosystem of independent companies involved in the life cycle of various entertainment products. Ecosystem companies introduce innovative technologies, non-standard solutions for the development and scaling of products and services.

We are looking for Analysts to join our team in Poland or Cyprus office.

• Strong academic background: Degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• Ability to excel in a high-performance culture, ready to go the extra mile.
• Upper-intermediate in English.

Will be plus:
• Proven experience and capability, with at least 1-2 years in management consultancy, investment banking, venture capital, or a related field.
• Experience or active engagement in the gambling or tech industry.
• Previous leadership or significant contribution in relevant verticals.
• Additional languages are a plus.

What Will You Be Doing?
• Supporting Deal Flow Generation and Championing Prospective Deals.
• Leveraging your network to contribute to deal flow generation.
• Independently conducting initial analyses and evaluations of startups, and pitching them internally.
• Engaging in market/tech/sector research to support hypothesis development and becoming a specialist within our gambling verticals.
• Supporting Parts of the Assessment and Diligence of Investment Opportunities:
• Developing analyses covering technology, product, market, competition, and sales.
• Reading financial models.
• As a member of the deal team, contributing to the execution of the investment from start to finish, including handling term sheets and final documentation.
• Operational Support.
• Dedicating some of your time to various operational functions within the fund.
• Ongoing monitoring of the market and emerging investment opportunities
• External Representation.
• Acting as a representative of the fund to internal parties.
• Preparing ad hoc reports and presentations.
