Key competencies:

• Development, implementation and support of BI reporting based on QlikView, Power BI, MS Excel.
• Designing the architecture of BI solutions, implementation of best practices, optimization of productivity.
• Integration of BI platforms with heterogeneous data sources (SAP DB2, Oracle, Excel) and expansion of analytical models.
• Administration of Qlik BI environment: management of metadata, data models, preliminary calculations.
• Building of interactive dashboards, KPI-panels and analytical visualizations for business needs.
• Full cycle of support for contractual campaigns: planning, execution control, final verification.
• Organization and automation of budgeting processes: plan-fact analysis, implementation control, interaction with financial units.
• Control of contractual obligations (advertising, compensations, fines), analytics and calculations of financial flows.
• Collection of requirements, training of users (financial and commercial departments), documentation management.
• Systematization and regulation of accounting of contractual terms.
  
  Professional skills:
• BI tools: QlikView (required), Power BI — development, optimization, administration. Experience in the implementation of complex BI solutions from setting the task to commissioning.
• MS Office: Excel, Access (VBA, Power Pivot, Power Query) — automation of calculations, construction of complex models, integration with external sources.
• SQL: construction of complex queries, optimization of samples, work with large volumes of data in Oracle, SAP(DB2), 1C.
• SAP ERP / SAP HR: in-depth knowledge of the structure data, integration with BI systems, data exchange settings.
• Data visualization: development of informative dashboards, interactive monitoring panels, KPI-indicators and analytical graphs aimed at making managerial decisions.
• Business analytics: analysis and modeling of business processes, identification of bottlenecks, preparation of recommendations for optimization and automation.
• Business processes: in-depth understanding of retail trade, structuredata, integration flows, physical movement of goods.
• Soft skills: systems thinking, the ability to build end-to-end solutions "from data to decision-making", focus on automation, accuracy and results, developed communication skills.
