As a Technical Account Manager, you will draw on your consultative problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to assist our clients and lead successful integrations of their e-commerce websites and mobile applications with RTB House. Additionally, you will support daily campaign optimization to ensure all client performance marketing goals are achieved. As a member of the New Products team, you will help implement new features and ideas in the APAC market. Digital advertising or e-commerce background is a big plus. In addition, since we work in a collaborative environment and are in regular contact with various business and client teams, you need to be a great communicator ready to explain complex information to non-technical audiences. We are looking forward to welcoming a new member to our fantastic team. You will undergo a fully online on-boarding. However, we will provide you with a mentor to support and guide you during your first weeks with us. Our Requirements: Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript (or Python); Experience with Google Chrome’s debugging console; Solid understanding of Excel (Lookup/Pivot table, standard formulas); Experience in e-commerce or digital advertising (e.g., programmatic, AdTech, AdOps) is nice to have; Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer / Branch is a big plus; Great communication skills; Advanced English language skills.
