Now, we’re looking for a Tech Talent Sourcing Consultant who’s not just skilled but passionate about finding the perfect tech match for technological startups and innovative SMBs. It’s important to say that 60% of our 2023 closed deals involved Latin American talents.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

— Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the sourcing process, including but not limited to:

• Create informative and compelling job specs for open positions (more of a hands-on understanding of the JD through the GTM’s lens).
• Create email templates and communication processes for reaching out to candidates.
• Build pipelines of talent, using ATS to track and maintain talent pools, but first, participate in picking an appropriate ATS 😎.

— Source and engage with potential and passive candidates through job boards, social media, relationship building, and other channels.

— Educate external talent about YouTeam.

— Identify and evaluate potential candidates based on profiles and pre-qualify them.

— Provide pre-qualified candidates to interview further and progress for open positions.

— Create a positive candidate experience for the talent you engage with, including in the feedback provided to successful and unsuccessful candidates.

— Manage talent pool activity and share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

— 3+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing software engineers, with a strong preference for experience in sourcing in Latin America.

— Passion for technology and innovation. Eagerness to play with different sourcing tools and draw processes from scratch.

— Fluent in English (B2/C1 level), with a talent for clear, engaging communication.

— Understanding of technical profiles; always in tune with the basics of technologies and frameworks.

— Content creation lover (video clips, social media posts, etc.).

— Pro-level time-management skills.

— Accuracy in keeping track of commitments and transparency in status reporting.

— Flexibility in terms of the working schedule, including the ability to chat Monday through Thursday in the evening (17:00-21:00) to fit the LatAm time zone.

— Spanish (B1/B2 level).
