We are currently looking for a Tech Support Engineer for our portfolio company TENTENS Tech. TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, for now). We are looking for a talented engineer who can work in a 3/3 shift schedule (7:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-7:00 a.m.) What challenges await you in the Tech Support Engineer role: —Tracking indicators of taalerts of 8 teams in live mode 24/7—Cooperation in solving cases from the developer to C-level employees; —Finding the fastest and shortest way of handling the bug from the user dofix; — 4 monitoring systems owned by us. What will need to be done: —Monitoring of systems 24/7; —Development and support of monitoring and alerting systems; —Troubleshooting and escalation of incidents; — Reproduction of tabag-reporting bugs; — Support assistance on technical issues; — Downloading information from databases. What is important for us: —Basic knowledge of SQL; — Basic knowledge of Linux; — Analytical thinking inhibits simply conveying complex information; —Troubleshooting skills; —Knowledge of the Python language; — Working with Bash scripts; —Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) and bug tracking systems (YouTrack, Jira) will be a plus.
