We are currently looking for a Tech SupportEngineer for our portfolio company TENTENS Tech. TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always rush far beyond the horizon. -11:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.) What challenges await you as a Tech Support Engineer:— Tracking indicators and alerts of 8 teams in live mode 24/7— Cooperation in solving cases from the developer to C- level of employees;— Finding the fastest and shortest way of managing a bug from the user to the fix;— 4 monitoring systems, which we own. What will be required to do:— 24/7 system monitoring;— Development and support of monitoring and alerting systems;— Troubleshooting and escalation of incidents;— Bug reproduction and bug-reporting;— Helping support on technical issues;— Downloading information from databases. What is important for us:— Basic knowledge of SQL;— Basic knowledge of Linux;— Analytical thinking and the ability to simply convey complex information; — Troubleshooting skills; — Knowledge of the Python language; — Working with Bash scripts; — Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) and error tracking systems (YouTrack, Jira) will be a plus.
