Now we are looking for a Tech Support Engineer for our portfolio company TENTENS Tech. TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, for now). The slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always rush far beyond the horizon. :00-7:00 a.m.) What challenges await you in the role of Tech Support Engineer:—Tracking the indicators of technical alerts of 8 live teams 24/7—Collaboration in solving cases from the developer to C-level employees;—Finding the fastest and shortest way of managing a bug from the user dofix;—4 monitoring systems that we own. What will be required to do:—24/7 monitoring systems;—Development and support of monitoring and alerting systems;—Troubleshooting and escalation of incidents;—Reproduction of bugs, tabag reporting;—Assistance with support on technical issues;—Uploading of information databases. For us, it is important:—Basic knowledge of SQL;—Basic knowledge of Linux;—Analytical thinking and the ability to simply convey complex information;—Troubleshooting skills;—Knowledge of the Python language;—Working with Bash scripts;—Experience in working with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) and error tracking systems (YouTrack, Jira) will be a plus. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation—the SKELAR charitable foundation, which helps provide Ukrainian defenders with ammunition and equipment, and also supports external military projects.
