Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate is a technically sound professional with a strong command of debugging and monitoring tools. Curiosity and initiative - it's a must! Our ideal candidate doesn't just respond to a request at the Service Desk or a notification from a monitor. He analyzes problems, collects statistics and suggests improvements to continuously increase the level of quality and reliability of the product.

What we expect:

• Understanding customer- server architecture;
• Understanding the working principles of Rest API;
• Practical skills of working with monitoring systems (DataDog, Sentry or similar);
• Skills of working with Jira & Confluence ;
• Basic understanding of SCRUM processes.

What will you do:

• Processing and solving requests from internal users;
• Creating bug reports, informing about fixes;
• Analysis of logs and operations in the system;
• Monitoring of system metrics and service operation;
• Information about failures or anomalies in product operation;
• Collection of analytics on system failures, anomalies and problems;
• Interaction with product team: PO's, QA's, developers, etc.

It is important for us:

• Quick reaction to anomalies and system problems;
• Ability to prioritize the flow of tasks;
• Comprehensive knowledge of the internal structure of the product, integrations and data exchange flows;
• Proactivity in improvement processes product quality and reliability;
• Orientation to business needs.
