1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and working in an Agile environment.
2. Extensive technical knowledge and very good programming skills.
   
3. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly translate technical issues into business language and vice versa.
4. Effective time-to-market planning and delivering value to customers in short sprints.
5. Proactivity, openness to changes, creativity, pragmatism.
6. Willingness to independently expand knowledge and acquire practical skills.
