Avidi Technologies is looking for a Technical Lead to help grow our development team.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in commercial development; Experience in a senior or tech lead role, with a track record of successful project leadership and execution.
• Strong Knowledge of .Net, Entity Framework Core, Asp .NET Core.
• Deep understanding of DDD, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Event Storming.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservice architecture, coupled with a proven ability to build scalable and resilient systems.
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge designing and implementing software solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Experience with architecture documentation: e.g. UML, C4, Miro.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in observability framework tools: Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with across-functionalities teams.
Nice-to-have Skills & Experience:
• Experience of AWS Cloud Native development with focus on Serverless; familiarity with AWS services (i.e. Lambda, API Gateway, S3).
• Experience of CI/CD practices, GitOps, and advanced deployment strategies such as canary and blue-green deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and achieve critical milestones, ensuring timely delivery of new functionalities integrated into existing platforms.
• Take responsibility for all aspects of software engineering, from design to implementation, QA and maintenance.
• Implement, document and improve standards and practices that drive outstanding software development across the team.
