Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Technical Lead (Node.js + React) to join the healthcare project. What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience in a Tech Lead or similar role
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with React and Node.js
- Experience with DevOps, especially with AWS
- Practical experience with MongoDB database
- Familiarity with LoopBack 2 and NestJS
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with teams
- High level of responsibility and maturity, willingness to take responsibility for results
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a helicopter view of processes
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English for daily communication
Will be a plus:
- Experience using frameworks like Less or SAFe to scale Agile processes
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage three Scrum teams focused on various aspects of the healthcare platform
- Hire and conduct technical interviews for new team members
- Interact with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Rewriting current solutions using best practices
- Maintaining technical documentation for future reference
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise during development
- Collaborating with other team members on architecture and design decisions
- Coordinating with QA, PO, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
