Job Description:
As the Tech Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our development team, guiding and mentoring our engineers while steering the technical vision and execution of our AI-driven SaaS product.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end and back-end developers.
• Oversee the architecture and development of our SaaS product using React.js, Django, FastAPI, and AWS.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
• Drive the integration of AI functionalities wrapped in FastAPI into the SaaS platform.
• Manage the authentication process using AWS Cognito.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve our tech stack.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong AI expertise in a building SaaS project.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Python, and Django.
• Experience with FastAPI and integrating AI libraries.
• Experience with AWS services, particularly Cognito, EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Solid understanding of authentication and security best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SaaS product development.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI technologies.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
