Tech Lead Developer - .Net @ 7N in 7N

About the project

For our client, an international company from the medical industry , we are looking for a person for the position of Lead Software Engineer with knowledge of .Net and Azure. The Potential Candidate will play a key role in providing the highest quality solutions in a project closely related to clinical trials. 

Hybrid work : 2-3 visits a week to the client's Warsaw office (Daszyńskiego Roundabout).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with .Net and microservice architecture
• More than 2 years experience in designing enterprise architecture in Azure
• Fluent knowledge of C#, .NET platform and many well-known libraries.
• Hands-on experience building Azure-hosted applications using enterprise-scale, cloud-native solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams in a fully remote environment.
• You are independent, innovative and oriented to work at a fast pace. You love creating new things and growing in ambiguity and even failure.
• Experience in leading a technical group of developers, responsibility for delivering results.
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers and providing technical feedback on their ideas.
• Fluent knowledge of English
