Tech Lead / Backend Developer in Smart App Development

Job Title: Tech Lead / Backend Developer We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Backend Developer to lead our development team and be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend of our application. Your role will include managing the development process, coordinating the work of the team and ensuring the quality of the code and functionality of the application. Responsibilities: Leading a team of backend developers, including assigning tasks, assessing their complexity and priorities, and monitoring the progress of tasks. Development and support of the server side of the application , including interaction with the database, query processing and implementation of business logic. Participation in the design of the application architecture and technical decision-making. Assessing and coordinating project requirements with the customer and other stakeholders. Maintaining a high level of performance, reliability and scalability of the server part of the application. Participation in the development and maintenance of project documentation. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior backend developer. In-depth knowledge of programming languages ​​and technologies, such as Ruby, Elixir, Erlang or others used for developing server applications. Experience working with databases, including SQL and NoSQL technologies. Understanding of microservices architecture principles and ability to work with distributed systems. Experience with version control systems, CI/CD tools and testing tools. Excellent communication skills, ability to interact effectively with other team members, customers and management.
