Tech Lead Back End in PRO Gaming Software

We are a fast growing UK gambling company with 7 major established B2C (gaming) brands.

Due to our rapid development we are expanding our partner team and are inviting applications for the position of Team Leader Back End.

Responsibilities:

● Maintaining and developing (optimizing) the technical stack and development technologies

● Setting technical tasks for the team

● Control of timelines and quality of the team's work

● Optimization of development processes and improvement of technical part of the processes

Experience and background requirements:

● Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development.

● Proven experience with hi-load gambling products

● Proven track record of leading successful development projects.

● Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional

teams.

● Leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding technical decisions.

Required skills:

● Proficiency in .NET 7+ ecosystem and frameworks over it

● Good knowledge of architecture/design patterns and styles.

● Experience with testing frameworks and hi-load testing

activities overall

● Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines,

containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services

(AWS, Azure, GCP).

● Advanced performance optimization techniques for web

applications and services.

● Deep understanding of tech stack

● Proven experience working in gambling domain

● Experience working with or in operation departments of

gambling sphere

● Good understanding of Platform requirements

● Understanding hi load architecture specifics for domain

● Proven Leadership and communication skills

● Ability to manage teams 5-8 employees
