Tech Lead AI Team in PIN-UP.TECH

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python;
• 4+ years in AI product development;
• 2+ years of team management within process and project management on the technical side;
• Knowledge of software development, including version control, testing, and continuous integration;
• Knowledge of Generative AI and ML technologies and ability to use them for solving real problems;
• Fundamental knowledge of Data Science;
• Understanding of business problems and converting these to solutions that support our next generation of product and data initiatives;
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques and experience in successfully delivering AI-based projects before.

Will be plus

• Experience with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) (Weights & Biases and etc.);
• End-to-end experience in training, evaluating, testing, and deploying ML solutions in production;
• Experience with the Hugging Face libraries;
• Experience STT, TTS, AI pipelines, Backend and AWS;
• IGaming industry experience.

Responsibilities

Design Leadership:
• Propose and evaluate solutions for design challenges, leveraging your expertise to identify and assess new technologies and third-party components;
• Present designs to the tech team, contributing to the strategic alignment of technical decisions.

Team Leadership:
• Lead the team in designing, building, maintaining, and supporting high-quality software components.

Product Vision:
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate the product vision into actionable development plans.

Standards and Best Practices:
• Advocate for and establish standards within the team and the broader tech community;
• Address operational aspects, prioritizing concerns such as technical debt, non-functional requirements, and the production environment’s performance.

Agile Collaboration:
• Participate actively in an agile SCRUM environment, supporting deployments when necessary.
