We are looking for a talented Tech Lead to join our team.About the projectWe develop an ERP system for maritime companies, which allows purchasers, officers, and captains to order spare parts, food, and all the necessary equipment on the vessel; to track officers’ daily tasks; to keep track of invoices; live budgeting, and more. The application went live as POC. Currently, we are developing new modules and enhancing the existing ones based on the feedback from users.As a Tech Lead, you are to ensure a high level of development processes and lead the development team to success. The maximum load is 84 hours per month. Remote work. Schedule: 10-19 Kiyv time.Tasks: - Take ownership of technical challenges, provide expertise, and offer innovative solutions to optimize system performance and efficiency. - Architect, design, and implement complex solutions that meet the needs of our ERP platform. - Provide help in leading technical initiatives, providing architectural guidance, and driving best practices. - Help with resolving bugs (help to find the best solution) - Code review, architecture review. - Performance review of developers. - Tasks estimation and breakdown in the early stages when there is a lack of requirements. - Finding the best solutions for features implementation.Mentoring.Requirements: - NestJS Framework. - Extensive experience (3+ years) as a Senior Back End Developer with a strong focus on NodeJS development in a production environment. - Will be great if you have DevOps experience (Nginx, bash, or shell scripts). - Experience in CI/CD process building and design. - Technical leadership experience. - Unit/integration testing experience. - Containerization technologies such as Docker for application deployment and management. - TypeScript. - Good knowledge of creating a new database architecture (PostgreSQL, Maria DB). - Database requests optimization. - Database synchronization in bad connection conditions (slow internet, big interval without internet). - Knowledge in creating and synchronization microservices. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. - English: B1-B2. - Will be a big plus if you have experience in ERP projects.
