Bini Games is a Ukrainian product company that has created more than 20 children's developing applications. The company has more than 200 enthusiastic professionals who carry out a full cycle of work — from idea generation to implementation and promotion on international markets within the framework of iOS, tvOS (Apple Store), Android (Google Play Store) platforms. Our applications are used by more than a million people from all over the world (America, Asia, Europe).

What tasks will you face?

• Development and implementation of a test strategy
• Conducting functional and non-functional testing
• Implementation and improvement of testing processes in the company
• QA team management
• Mentoring, evaluation, motivation and development of QA engineers in the team
• Interaction with stakeholders < /li>
• Work with analysis and reporting

What will we pay attention to first?

• Experience in the position lead for more than one year
• Positive experience implementing/improving testing processes
• Working skills with: Jira, TestRail, Firebase
• Strong skills in API testing (Postman or similar )
• Experience testing iOS and Android applications
• Understanding of SCRUM processes
• English: Intermediate+
