Tech and Team Lead, .NET Core + Angular in Logity

We're seeking a mature Technical & Team Lead to join our team at Logity Tech. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our technology vision, leading cross-functional teams, and shaping the future of our software landscape from the technical standpoint.

What you'll do:

Develop, communicate, and execute a cohesive technology vision in alignment with business goals

Lead and mentor backend, frontend, and mobile developers across 2 product teams

Design robust system architectures for scalable and sustainable growth

Design and deliver scalable, secure, maintainable, high-volume and low-latency software solutions

Inventory and prioritize technical debt, ensuring continuous improvement in support of business objectives

Lead integration projects from a technical standpoint, ensuring seamless interoperability

Champion technical excellence and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs

You're a perfect fit if you:

Possess 4+ years of experience as a tech lead, tech architect or in an equivalent role, working with sophisticated web-based

applications using .NET Core, MS SQL, JavaScript, and Angular

Have strong business acumen and the ability to align technology with business objectives

Possess extensive expertise in system design and strategic planning

Have experience in leading high-performing distributed development teams across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms

Experienced in continuous delivery, feature flags usage, and trunk-based development approach

Have a hands-on experience with creating high-availability architectures and employing best practices for cloud deployments, including disaster recovery and load balancing

Experienced in debugging and resolving performance bottlenecks that impact the responsiveness of business-critical applications in

cloud environments

Can architect and implement secure and reliable APIs utilizing industry-standard security frameworks and encryption techniques

Know how to monitor and manage high-availability applications in a production environment on the cloud

Experienced in leading integration projects or working in multi-product environments

Promote innovation, creative thinking, communication, and collaboration among team members

Follow and foster Agile methods in software development

Have a hands-on experience with Docker

Well versed in orchestration of deployments on Azure

Proficient in English: B2/Upper intermediate or higher
