Requirements:

• Experience in the position of Team Lead/Senior Media Buyer from 1 year.
• Knowledge in building infrastructure from scratch with a technical team.
• Understanding processes in arbitration teams
• Managing a team of 5 people or more: KPI setting, control, analysis of results, motivation.
• Deep understanding of the Nutra vertical.
• Experience working with Meta Ads
• Experience working with Nutra offers.
• Negotiation skills
• Having your own team of buyers will be a plus.

Requirements:

• Infrastructure deployment.
• Formation and management of a team of media buyers.
< li style="font-weight: 400">Purchasing and generating traffic.
• Finding effective sources of traffic, scaling campaigns, increasing conversions.
• Assessment of the effectiveness of activities.
• Development of promotion strategies for specific GEOs.
