Team/ Tech Lead .Net+Angular (Remote) in IT Craft

IT Craft invites Team/ Tech Lead .Net+Angular to join our team. The Tech/Team Lead's primary role will be to build a bridge between the development team and other stakeholders, improve communication, manage expectations, and guide the team toward project goals and objectives.

Duties:

• Architecture design;
• Backend and frontend development;
• Performing code reviews;
• Resolving technical issues and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards;
• Technical mentoring and mentoring of the team;
• Overseeing the daily work of the team;
• Coordinating project tasks;
• Developing work culture , innovation and continuous improvement;
• Help with managing team priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of commercial .NET Core experience with C#, Angular 5+;
• Deep knowledge of SQL, MS SQL experience;
• Experience with web services - REST, Web API;
• Experience with Azure Portal, DevOps experience;
• Experience with Bitbucket/Git is a must;
• Excellent problem-solving, analysis, debugging skills and a proactive approach;
• Ability to manage a team and team dynamics;
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or above is a must ;
• Experience with agile software development methodologies will be a plus.
