Team/ Tech Lead .Net+Angular in IT Craft

IT Craft invites Team/ Tech Lead .Net+Angular to join our team. The primary role of the Tech/Team Lead will be to build a bridge between the development team and other stakeholders, improve communication, manage expectations, and guide the team to achieve project goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture design;
• Backend and frontend development;
• Conducting code reviews;
• Resolving technical issues and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards;
• Technical mentoring and team mentoring;
• Overseeing daily work teams;
• Coordinating project tasks;
• Developing a culture of work, innovation and continuous improvement;
• Assisting with managing team priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of commercial .NET Core experience with C#, Angular 5+;
• In-depth knowledge SQL, experience with MS SQL;
• Experience with web services - REST, Web API;
• Experience with Azure Portal, DevOps experience;
• Experience with Bitbucket/Git is a must;
• Excellent problem solving, analysis, debugging skills and a proactive approach;
• Ability to manage a team and team dynamics;
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or above is a must;
• Experience with agile software development methodologies will be a plus.
