Team Manager for Data Science

Responsibilities:

Lead the team of data science engeneers, maintain daily, weekly, monthly communication setup

Perform performance reviews with tech leads

Enhance the hiring processes

Enhance and maintain stable cross teams communication

Ensure delivery of required tasks is on an on-time basis

Ensure that projects/tasks align with the organization’s goals

Development of technical roadmaps with stakeholder

Manage timelines and resources

Communicate results and insights to stakeholders

Define and track KPIs to measure the impact and success of data science initiatives

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High Level knowledge of Ukrainian and English is a must

4+ years of team management experience

Management of big teams (15+ people)

Proficiency in planning, executing, and closing projects

Strong leadership skills to manage project teams effectively

Ability to address and resolve project issues and challenges

High efficiency stakeholder management

High conflict resolution skills

Will be a plus:

Data Science principles

Machine learning principles
