Job Description: Weare seeking anexperienced Team Manager tooversee our development teams, currently managed bytechnical leads and architects. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking over all managerial responsibilities, ensuring that our front-end and back-end teams operate efficiently and effectively . This role ispivotal infacilitating more technical focus for our leads and architects, allowing them toconcentrate on architectural and strategic tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and Organization: Handle all managerial aspects ofthe development teams including organizing agile ceremonies such asdaily standups, retrospectives, sprint plannings, and grooming sessions. 2. Backlog Management: Maintain awell-prepared backlog with enough tickets for atleast two sprints. Collaborate withUX designers and technical leads tocreate detailed tickets and ensure clarity ontechnical requirements and complexities. 3. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and control the outcomes ofproject deliverables, checking both the quality ofwork and adherence totimelines. Analyze and report ondiscrepancies ordelays, providing solutions and adjustments asneeded. Ideal Candidate: ● Proven experience inmanaging software development teams: From 5years ofexperience. Considering with 3years ofexperience. Delivery Manager experience isabig plus. ● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience inconducting agile ceremonies. ● Excellent organizational and leadership skills. ● Ability towork collaboratively with different teams, including technical leads, UX designers, and developers. ● Strong analytical skills and attention todetail. ● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
