The successful candidate will beresponsible for taking over all managerial responsibilities, ensuring that our front-end and back-end teams operate efficiently and effectively. This role ispivotal infacilitatingmore technical focus for our leads and architects, allowing them toconcentrate onarchitectural and strategic tasks. Key Responsibilities:1. Management and Organization: Handle all managerial aspects ofthedevelopment teams including organizing agile ceremonies such asdailystandups, retrospectives, sprint plannings, and grooming sessions.2. Backlog Management: Maintain awell-prepared backlog with enough tickets foratleast two sprints. Collaborate withUX designers and technical leads tocreatedetailed tickets and ensure clarity ontechnical requirements and complexities.3.
