Due to the expansion of the company, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WITH KNOWLEDGE OF HUNGARIAN LANGUAGE - We hire workers without experience, as we provide free training, so it can be a good opportunity just for you Salary: Rate - 1600$ + 6-8% of the team Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 19:00 DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Conducting negotiations with potential clients, determining their needs and helping to resolve issues regarding providing services;Providing solutions and advice to clients through advanced solutions in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner;Using a variety of client tools and programs to manage and serve clients;Preparing commercial proposals and presentations;Coordinating work with other company departments to successfully complete projects;Achieving and maintaining the necessary indicators and goals. REQUIREMENTS: Willingness to learn and work hard; Knowledge of the Hungarian language and writing necessary for working with relevant clients; Communication skills and the ability to build a professional dialogue and long-term relationships with clients; Experience in sales is an advantage.
