The company is growing and we are opening a competition for the position of Team Leader/Team Leader with knowledge of Polish or Italian language : normal; font-weight: 400">Your tasks:

• Organization of the work of the operator team (compilation of work schedules, control of compliance with company rules and procedures, control of team KPI implementation, reporting at the request of the manager);
• motivation of employees and provision of feedback, communication to employees decisions and orders of the company's management;
• Training of team operators taking into account the quality of communication with clients and the results of KPI monitoring;
• analysis of problematic cases of operator work;
• Formation of a positive microclimate in the team, forming a positive attitude towards the company brand.

What we expect from you:

• Experience of working in managerial positions of a call center for at least 1-2 years;
• good knowledge of Italianand Ukrainian language
