- experience in sales from 2 years

- sales skills: ability to convince customers, actively listen to their needs and propose appropriate solutions;
Your tasks will include:
- organization of team work;
- formation of team goals and monitoring of their implementation;
- adjustment of application processing process and work with your team's client base;

- monitoring in the selection and search of cars at auctions, approximate calculation of the cost of car customs clearance, participation in auctions;
- assistance to employees accompanying clients: assistance in preparing the necessary documents, consulting on company services;

- cooperation with other departments to support and solve client needs;
- reporting and CRM system.
