Team Leader (Risk Review, German speaking) in BPO Nextdoor, Inc.

Nextdoor BPO company provides information analysis and processing services for businesses in the Western European and North American market.

We are looking for a Team Lead to coordinate a risk assessment team that will be responsible for verifying risky orders and preventing financial losses in the retail sector.

This is a role at the intersection of management and analytics: you will coordinate the team, ensure the quality of solutions and be the key contact person for the partner (DACH region). At the same time, you will also perform manual risk review tasks part of the time.

• Team management: onboarding, 1-1, development, motivation;
• Planning and delegation of tasks, load control;
• Ensuring the quality of solutions and compliance with SLA;
• Monitoring KPIs and regular reporting;
• Analysis of complex cases and team support;
• Communication with partner and team;
• Implementing changes and improving processes;
• Maintaining a healthy atmosphere and solving conflicts;
• Manual verification of risky orders and accounts, analysis of fraudulent patterns and decision-making in non-standard situations.

What do we expect from you?

• Previous experience in the role of Team Lead / Senior / team coordination;
• Fluent German language (at least B2-C1);
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Ability to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty;
• Developed communication and leadership skills;
• Experience with KPI, delegation and process organization;
• Confident use of PC (Excel, messengers, basic tools);
• Experience in analytical processes (e-commerce / banking / insurance) will be an advantage;
• Experience in using SAP CRM will be an advantage.
