Team Leader QA in Next Level Apps

Next Level Apps is looking for a talented and responsible Lead QA to join our friendly team of professionals. We specialize in the development of mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms and strive to achieve the highest quality standards in our products. Duties: Lead a team of QA engineers, set goals, requirements, expectations, standards, processes, methodologies, practices, metrics, tools, resources, roles and responsibility. Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, test plans, test strategies, test matrices, checklists, bug reports, test reports. Analyze and solve quality-related problems, identify, localize, document, verify, close defects. Mentor, train, develop, evaluate, motivate the QA team of engineers. Collaborate with various stakeholders such as developers, designers, project managers. Conduct analysis of test results to identify problems and improve work processes ; Requirements: At least 2 years of mobile testing experience; 1+ years of experience leading a team of testers; Xcode experience and project development skills; Understanding of manual testing processes, methodologies and testing approaches; Ability to create test scenarios, checklists, plans and scripts for manual testing of mobile applications.
