A Ukrainian group of companies that develops tactical simulators is looking for a CEO. Our product is tactical simulators (https://skif.cc) based on laser tag technologies used by the Armed Forces, National Guard, Air Force, DPS, and other units, as well as the US Department of Energy. They help train personnel and keep them alive! We are also the only one in Ukraine to manufacture equipment for laser tag business (https://lasertag.net) and VR attractions (https://vion-vr.com).
We need someone who has high results in practical activities and understands management strategies. Who understands how to lead a team to a result. The goal we set before you is to increase the number of quality leads by at least 30%.
Your main tasks will be:
- Management of the lead generation team, which will include: PRS specialist, E-mail marketer, Full stuck site developer.
- Creation and control implementation of the lead generation strategy by: countries/regions, target audience, sources.
- Improving target indicators of cost and quality of leads.
- Implementation of new approaches and tools of lead generation.
- Analysis of marketing indicators, construction and testing of hypotheses with decision-making based on indicators and facts.
- Preparation of reports for managers on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- Synchronization of actions with other departments / sections. For example, with the sales department or the content creation section.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience in the field of lead generation for at least 3 years.
- Experience in managing a team of 3-5 people.
- Knowledge and understanding of lead generation methods and approaches, including SEO, content marketing, e-mail marketing, PPC.
- Experience in managing a large number of advertising campaigns aimed at different audience segments / geographic markets.
- Analytical mindset and ability to see the bigger picture.
- Understanding how sites are created and function. Knowledge of Java and HTML will be a plus.
- Understanding the principles of e-mail marketing and the ability to create optimal e-mail distribution chains.
- Proficiency in English at the B2-C1 level.
