Now we are developing and we will be happy to join the team of the content department team leader. We would like to help you if: you can manage a team of 12 people, you have experience in management; you have experience in creating photo and text content for at least 2 years; you understand Targeted advertising (experience in creating advertising will be an advantage); you understand what an emotional purchase is and how to create content that sells; you can analyze the product and find out what customer pain points it solves; you have high Photoshop and copywriting skills. Your tasks: manage a team of content managers, monitor the quality and number of completed sites optimization of working moments, optimization of the working environment, communication with the department and other departments of needs; needs to conduct interviews and teach new content; develop a training base for content; supervise third-party specialists, for example, changing the site template or CRM integration (landings are created on the site designer); We offer: remote work; timely salary 2 times a month; paid internship for 2 weeks; bonuses and awards; work schedule from 9:00 to 18:00 Mon-Fri; taking courses for your development.
