Main requirements for candidates:

• Experience in active B2B sales (preferably trade / finance / insurance) - from 2 years.
• Experience in managing sales or service teams of 5 people or more.
• Higher or unfinished higher education.
• Responsibility, honesty, speed at work.

Tasks that will be presented to you:

1. Team management

• Planning and coordinating the work of managers.
• Monitoring KPI and productivity.
• Conducting meetings, coordination sessions, optimizing workload.

2. Improving the quality of service

• Quality control of interaction with clients (calls, letters, chats).
• Resolving problem situations.
• Interacting with other departments to improve the customer experience.

3. Team development

• Mentoring, conducting exercises and trainings.
• Adaptation of new employees.

4. Analytics and reporting

• Collection and analysis of team performance indicators.
• Identification of bottlenecks and proposals for their optimization.

5. Optimization of processes

• Implementation of CRM tools, chatbots.
• Development of internal work standards.
